Developed by Charney Companies and designed by STUDIO V, this architectural marvel pays homage to LIC’s rich history as the hub of terracotta production in New York City. Adorned with vibrant British racing green terracotta sourced from Emilia-Romagna, Italy, and embellished with luminous architectural spiral mesh by Codina, The Green House stands as a testament to innovation and craftsmanship. Its stainless steel mesh, powder-coated in gold splendor color, offers both transparency and a touch of elegance to the building’s facade.
