Nantes Market of National Interest – Nantes, France

Architectural metal mesh for facade

The Nantes Market of National Interest is a facility comprising 7 buildings in total, each with a specific purpose, over a combined surface area of more than 69,000 m2. On the roof, the architect Erik Giudice has designed a wooden structure to create a warm interior atmosphere in an obviously cold and industrial environment. On the outside, the facades are covered with Codina Architectural’s Eiffel 40100 metal mesh model. This commercial facility has won numerous architectural, sustainability, and industrial awards.
